The Auto Profit Masters RPM ToolKit™ is a suite of online-based Training and Accountability tools created for use by APM clients. It was first released in beta format (called WebTools™) in February 2008. Fully updated, it rolled out as part of the Shop4D™ shop management platform in 2019.
These tools are an industry first, giving repair shop owners the ability to remotely manage their shop from any location with a computer and internet access. Additionally, these tools make service writers and technicians accountable to micromanage themselves, instead of requiring the owner to be involved in all aspects of the business.
